You Are What You Eat

If people let the government decide what foods they eat and what medicines they take, their bodies will soon be in as sorry a state as are the souls of those who live under tyranny. -Thomas Jefferson.

So much information out there but so little time to gather it together. Let's hit the basics. Why are levels of diseases increasing, like type 2 diabetes, cancer, obesity, and heart failure? If you look it up the top causes of heart attacks, which the overall leading cause of death in the US (https://medlineplus.gov/heartdiseases.html), you will find info similar to what Dr. Ken Barry explains in this video below.

Seems the top three causes here are Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome and Hyper tension (High Blood Pressure). What is societies / governments focus on? Low Cholesterol and Low Saturated Fat for diet, drugs to lower blood pressure, and they completely miss the root cause of the overall cause. ...

The Great Taking - Deep Dive

OK, this post has been a long time in the making, but, due to the enormity of this issue, I wanted to watch all the videos and summarize the most important points. In our lifetime, we should learn not to deal with trifles, and there are a lot of things that are a big waste of time. In my opinion, this is not one of those. It's not easy to believe that the whole system is now set up in the way The Great Taking describes it, much less believe there are people out there that would actually go though with this. I mean, property rights are so fundamental to our freedom, people would not stand for such blatant theft, right? I also hear that if this happens, it will be slow and we will have time to see it coming.

I think not. This is like a trigger that has been installed on a system with trillions of USD leveraged over collateral counted many times over, so, when the collapse hits, this trigger will be pulled, and in a game of musical chairs with fewer chairs then players, we all believe we can get to a chair faster than others. ...
