wanted to make short
"enchant level effect on enchanted skills level " which is explained here

1-3 76
4-6 77
7-9 78

which means that ur lvl 74 2nd class skill at +6 will be like if its a lvl 77 skill which raises its chances to land(like blow or debuff) and to crit(take a look at the diagram)
i didnt post the formulas ive found because they are absolutely theoretical and they lay on leaked c4 files.posting them here would mean missinforming imo(yeah i just said i dont trust diegovargas)

btw thanx and sorry for the ugly table update but i made it manually on paint(gathered bonus info from net trolling and ingame testing) <3
